ZenAlarm is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines our practices concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

Information Collection and Use

ZenAlarm does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers. The app reads your Apple Calendar events through Apple's EventKit framework so it can schedule matching system alarms with AlarmKit. All processing happens locally on your device.

Your calendar events remain in Apple Calendar and on your device. We do not operate external servers to store or process your calendars, events, or alarms.

Calendar Access

ZenAlarm requests full calendar access solely to find events that match the calendars and optional emoji or keyword patterns you choose. The app does not create, edit, or delete calendar events. Calendar stays the editor.

Alarm Access

ZenAlarm requests AlarmKit permission so matching events can ring as system alarms, including in Silent or Focus. Alarm schedules are created and cancelled locally on your device.

Analytics and Third-Party Services

We do not use analytics tools or third-party services that collect user data.

Data Storage and Security

Sync rules, preferences, and alarm mappings are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.
