Terms of Use for ZenAlarm

By using ZenAlarm, you agree to the following terms:

Use of the App

1. ZenAlarm is provided "as is" without any warranties.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID and device.
3. The developer is not responsible for any data loss that may occur while using the app.

User Content

1. You retain ownership of your calendars, events, and any content stored in Apple Calendar.
2. You are solely responsible for the events you choose to turn into alarms.
3. ZenAlarm does not create calendar events. It only schedules alarms for events that already exist.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

1. Use the app for any illegal purposes.
2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems.
3. Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality.

Intellectual Property

ZenAlarm and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Shaomeng Zhang and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using ZenAlarm, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Data Loss

The developer is not responsible for any data loss regarding your calendars, events, alarms, or device data that may occur while using ZenAlarm. Users are encouraged to manage their events through Apple Calendar and use the app at their own risk.
