By using ZenMinder, you agree to the following terms:

Use of the App

1. ZenMinder is provided "as is" without any warranties.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID and device.
3. The developer is not responsible for any data loss that may occur while using the app.

User Content

1. You retain ownership of your reminders and any content stored in Apple Reminders.
2. You are solely responsible for the content you track using ZenMinder.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

1. Use the app for any illegal purposes.
2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems.
3. Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality.

Intellectual Property

ZenMinder and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Shaomeng Zhang and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using ZenMinder, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Data Loss

The developer is not responsible for any data loss regarding your reminders or device data that may occur while using ZenMinder. Users are encouraged to manage their reminders through Apple Reminders and use the app at their own risk.
